Directions for use: Before you shower, start on dry skin, working your way upwards in long, fluid strokes on limbs, with circular motions on your torso and back. Using lighter pressure on sensitive areas such as your tummy, breasts and neck.
A few overlapping swipes per area is enough, as too much pressure can damage the skin. Never brush on skin that is broken (including sunburns, scrapes and cuts).
