Super Sapiens is an amazing social enterprise, with 75% of the profits being given to organisations led by Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC). Oxford academics, Alexa and Arhat Virdi wanted to create a game for their wonderful multi-heritage daughter that was inclusive where she could see people that looked like her. Move over one-dimentional games and make way for global icons that will liberate greatness! Not only did Alexa and Arhat want to create a game that was representative, educational and fun, they knew it had to be a conscious supply chain. Where as little damage to people or the planet would be a result of this process, utilising Black service providers wherever possible. Super Sapiens is an amazing social enterprise, with 75% of the profits being given to organisations led by Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC). Donations to BIPOC organisations are symbolic reparations to recompense for the crimes of chattel slavery, colonialism, racial segregation, racist policies, and indigenous dispossession. Games are also donated to schools and families without financial means.
