You can wear a Ruby Cup menstrual cup for up to 12 hours, including overnight. It’s comfortable for use during sports, swimming, cycling or any other activities and, once inserted, you won’t be able to feel it. Rinse out each time you empty your Ruby Cup and clean thoroughly at the start and end of your period by boiling it for 5-7 minutes.

How to use and fold the Ruby Cup
While folded, the menstrual cup is inserted, into the lower vagina but beyond the pubic bone. When released, the cup unfolds and is held in position by a seal formed by the walls of the vagina and pressure from the vaginal muscles.
