These 100% natural cleaning pads are biodegradable, compostable and sustainable, grown on farms in Egypt where workers are paid a fair wage and benefits. To Use: Fits neatly in the hand. May appear abrasive when dry but when immersed in water, the washing-up pad swells to become a circular spongy flexible pad. Use in warm water with washing-up liquid or LoofCo Washing-Up Soap. To keep loofah fresh between uses, rinse, squeeze out excess water, shake out any food particles & hang to dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand. Last for months and when worn out can be composted.
