This little dwarf is wearing a red cape and blue hat – a classic Waldorf figure. This fun wooden figure is perfect for adorning your Grimm’s celebration ring or spiral. Grimm’s decorative figures measure between 3cm and 8cm in height. They are made from solid limewood and stained with non-toxic, water-based colour.

Slot in candles and colourful numbers, letters and characters into the holes that are relevant to the special event and can be used as a discussion point for your family. For each birthday, add a candle and a new personalised ornament and, as the years pass and the slots become filled with candles, move the ornaments into the centre. You needn’t hide your Grimm’s celebration ring away, only bringing it out for parties: these traditional decorations can also be used throughout the year as a centre piece on your dinner table. Twelve-hole rings can be used to mark each passing month, and seven-hole rings can be used to count down to the weekend.
