How to use: 

Gently exfoliate to prep the skin for a smooth application.
Apply the Glow & Protect Cream using circular movements, taking care at the elbows, ankles, and knees.
Wash your hands thoroughly, do no wash the gradual tanning cream off. Wait for it to dry before applying clothes. The tan will start to develop within a few hours.
Reapply until you reach your desired tan depth. Maintain sun protection by reapplying SPF very 2-3 hours during the day.
