Eco Femme Foldable Pad
A highly absorbent foldable menstrual pad by Eco Femme, made from a soft pink absorbent Indian cotton and ethically made by women in Auroville, India. This period pad has a patterned PUL layer to contain moisture and protect against leaks, and is inspired by the traditional practices of folding cloth to make a pad. This is a quick-drying reusable pad that provides up to 8 layers of absorbency when folded; simply hold the pad pattern side to your underwear, and the organic cloth side up, and popper the nickel-free snaps around the gusset of your underwear to secure in place.
For every Eco Femme pad sold, a pad is then donated to the Eco Femme Pad 4 Pad project, funding free reusable menstrual pads for Indian schoolgirls. This enables them to continue their education. Unfortunately, lack of access to suitable menstruation products are the leading reason as to why young girls drop out of school education.

Eco Femme washable sanitary pads are made from soft, natural and absorbent flannel cotton with exotic Indian stripy fabric on the back. A popper fastens around your knickers keeping the pad in place. Wash and re-use, a fantastic healthy option that’s eco friendly too. Wear with the plain side next to your body and the pattern side against your underwear.
Eco Femme pads are made by rural women’s collectives in India who are able to create their own production facilities. This empowers the women and allows them to stitch and create other products for export. Some of the profit from these pads is used to subsidise the cost of pads for disadvantaged women too.
