This pack of four Black+Blum Binchotan Charcoal Filters provides a full two-year supply of clean, mineral-enhanced water. Each stick is pre-washed, vacuum-packed, and ready to use straight from the pack. Using a traditional Japanese method, the Binchotan charcoal naturally removes chlorine and improves the taste of tap water, while releasing beneficial minerals like magnesium and iron.
These filters are compatible with all Black+Blum Eau Good Glass Bottles and Eau Carafes, as well as most jugs and bottles with an opening of at least 30mm. Each stick lasts for up to 6 months and can be recharged halfway through its life by boiling for 10 minutes and leaving to dry in sunlight.
Each stick is made from natural, sustainably sourced hardwood that has been carefully carbonised at high temperature to create a dense, porous structure ideal for filtration. Dimensions vary slightly due to the natural shape of the wood, typically ranging between 15–28mm in diameter and up to 118mm in length.
