The most versatile cold-weather crosslayer technical jacket from Patagonia, now brought to you in kids’ sizes! This Kids R2 TechFace Hoody is Patagonia’s first soft shell jacket for kids, designed to be layered, but versatile enough for every day wear too. This breathable kids’ performance jacket provides warmth without extra bulk, and is abrasion and weather resistant, perfect for mountain conditions. This mini kids version of the TechFace hoody comes with all the benefits of the original adults’ version, simply in a smaller size. 
In Redtail Rust, this Patagonia Kids R2 TechFac Hoody is a technical performance jacket for kids who are into adventures, hikes, and mountain scrambles. All the great features of the adults’ version can be found in this jacket too; the high-loft double-weave fabric is soft and warm next to the skin, but doesn’t trap heat, and the outer is treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS) to shed moisture. The comfortable hood is elasticated and light, adding no unnecessary bulk to the hoody, but still providing warmth. There is one chest pocket, two handwarmer pockets, and sleek and snag-resistant cuffs with thumb holes for easy layering. This hoody was made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory in Vietnam, which means the people who made this product earned a premium for their labour.

Materials: 6.8-oz 93% recycled polyester/7% elastane (piece-dyed) R2® TechFace breathable stretch double weave with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS)
Contrast: 3.1-oz 89% recycled polyester/11% elastane stretch plain weave with a DWR finish made without PFCs/PFAS
Contrast fabric is certified as bluesign® approved. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
