The Bumbu Chick is a small handmade and eco-friendly wooden chick toy with a vibrant yellow body and orange detailing.
Hand carved from sustainably sourced Romanian beech wood, this baby chicken figure is ideal for open-ended play and storytelling. The simplistic Waldorf design helps to encourage children’s imagination, giving the animal a character and personality. You can even make a whole family of chicks when bought in a set!
Each of the wooden chicks are hand painted with water-based paints and coated in organic, non-toxic linseed oil which makes them wonderfully safe for little hands and mouths. These surface finishes also help make the toy smooth, brightly coloured and incredibly durable. Bumbu toys are designed to be enjoyed again and again for generations.
