Made from sustainable Alder wood, smooth on one side with the raw bark on the reverse, these wooden blocks have a simple feel that brings children closer to nature. Once you have finished playing these castle blocks can be stowed away in their own net bag. These wooden blocks have straight edges and come in 5 different sizes – use them on their own to create amazing structures or combine them with the Magic Wood Castle block sets at Babipur for a fabulous castle build. This is a great open-ended set of blocks that can be added to other sets to create bigger structures for endless imaginative play. Magic Wood are committed to producing their wooden toys in a social, and environmentally responsible way. The wood used for their toys is from sustainable timber and their wooden blocks and treehouses are sourced from reclaimed branches – no living tree is felled for their manufacture. Each part is carefully sanded and finished with natural and non-toxic flaxseed oil for durability and playability, and the bark is left on for natural texture. Bark covered blocks are heat treated to fuse the bark to the wood, providing a strong and robust bond, but please bear in mind it is a natural product which may be affected by heat, moisture or wear.
