This 40 block set makes a great starter kit, and includes 6 different shapes, in a smooth natural wood finish. We love wooden building blocks: they’re great for fine motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination, and encourage your child to use their imagination and extend their vocabulary skills. However, your little one will be having far too much fun building tall towers, lookouts, castles, homes and shops to realise how much they are learning through play!
These PlanToys 40 unit blocks will be a welcome addition to any Montessori setting, as children use their open-ended nature to use these blocks as kitchen ingredients or tools to aid counting and problem solving.
